The Bromley MyLife website has a clear governance framework for both its content and design approach.
All content within the website is overseen and signed off by the Product Owner of the website, who acts as the website content manager.
The content is developed in coproduction with both professionals and users to ensure it is relevant, easy to use and navigate, and meets user needs.
Content is then developed and released through an agile project management approach:
Research > Alpha > Beta > Live > Retirement
Throughout each stage a learning and continuous improvement approach ensures that the content remains relevant.
The website team have guidelines and governance for how information on the website is designed and presented.
